Refund and Rectification Policy:
1. The Philosophy of Bespoke Commission:
At SHAZE, we do not simply sell products off a shelf; we engineer specific solutions for your unique architectural footprint. Every cabinet, panel, and module is manufactured to the precise millimeter based on the approved 3D blueprints of your residence.
Therefore, due to the strictly bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-manufactured items once production has commenced.
2. Order Cancellation & The “Production Lock”:
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation structure is designed to be fair:

- Before Design Approval: If a commission is cancelled prior to the final sign-off of the 3D Design & Technical Drawings, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued, minus a nominal design consultation fee.
- Post-Production Lock: Once you have signed the “Approval for Production” document, your order enters our manufacturing queue. At this stage, materials are cut and allocated.
- No cancellations or refunds are possible after this point.
3. Damages & Manufacturing Anomalies:
While our quality control is rigorous, we take full responsibility for the condition of our product upon delivery.
- Inspection: Our installation team conducts a joint inspection with you upon completion.
- Rectification: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, scratch, or misalignment identified during installation, SHAZE reserves the right to repair or replace the specific defective component free of charge.
- Resolution: We do not refund the entire kitchen for minor component issues; we continually work until the specific issue is resolved to our “Mercedes Standard.”
4. The 5-Year Warranty Protection:
Your investment is protected beyond the delivery date. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details on hardware, hinges, and structural integrity. Defects arising from normal use within the warranty period are covered for free replacement or repair.
5. Refund Processing:
In the rare instance where a monetary refund is agreed upon (e.g., for an accessory out of stock), the amount will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
